Push the knob to open the valve, then the gas will get into the gas tube, after 3 seconds, turn left, please keep pushing when you turn left,the the pilot ignit, if failt, do it again. The griddle has flame-out protection, if the flame is out by blowing, the valve can stop the gas supplying, this stops the gas release without burning.
